By creating an account or using Articulator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Articulator.

Articulator interviews you about your experience, drafts articles from your answers, audits drafts for quality, trust and search performance, and helps you publish the result. The service is provided on an "as is" basis and its features may change as we improve it.

You sign in through Google, so keep your Google account secure — you are responsible for activity that happens under it. Only one person may use an account, and you may not share access or resell the service.

• Article generation and auditing consume credits. The cost of each action is shown before it runs.
• Credits are bought through Stripe, either one-off or as part of a plan or trial. The terms shown at checkout apply to each purchase.
• Purchased credits are for your own use, do not expire while your account is active, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Where a trial is offered, its length and what happens at the end of it are shown before you start it.
• If a payment fails, we may pause features that consume credits until it is resolved.

• You keep all rights to the topics, interview answers and articles you create. We claim no ownership of your work.
• You give us a limited licence to store and process your content, and to send it to AI providers, solely to run the service for you.
• You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and publish what you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.
• Articles you choose to publish to public areas of the site, such as the leaderboard, are visible to everyone; otherwise your drafts stay private to your account.

Drafts, audits and fixes are produced by AI models and may contain mistakes, gaps or unsupported claims. You should always read the entire article before publishing it and verify anything factual you would not stake your reputation on. Articulator output is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

If you connect your own Google AI (Gemini) API key, generation requests are billed by Google under your account, not by us. You are responsible for your key, for keeping it secret and for the charges it incurs. Never paste a key anywhere other than the connection dialog in the app.

Do not use Articulator to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to infringe intellectual property, to generate spam or bulk low-quality pages, to probe or overload the service, or to attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or harm the service or other users.

You can stop using Articulator at any time. We may suspend or end accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment or legal reasons, with notice where practical. On request we will delete your personal data and article content, except where records must be kept for accounting or legal purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Articulator is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will announce significant changes in the app or by email, and continuing to use Articulator after that means you accept the updated terms.
